A note before you read on

Most learning experiences were not designed.
They were assembled from whatever was available at the time.
This is what it looks like when you build one properly.

Learning environments
where the material actually sticks.

Built inside the systems your institution or organization already runs. No new platforms, no new vendors, no new budget lines. Just a better experience for every type of learner.

What we build

Not a new platform.
A new experience inside yours.

Every capability below runs natively inside the LMS or training platform your organization already operates. Nothing external. Nothing that requires a new security review, a new vendor contract, or a new line on next year's budget. Your team retains full administrative control and ownership of every file delivered.

Multi-Path Modules
Readers, watchers, and doers all have a way in. One module, multiple entry points, one gradebook or LMS record. No learner left on one track.
Scenario Labs
Decision-based simulations that put learners inside real situations before they are assessed. Consequences are visible. The logic sticks.
Game-Based Review
Reinforcement activities learners return to voluntarily. Completion rates on optional game-based activities consistently exceed standard module equivalents.
Adaptive Assessments
Unique scenarios per learner, automatic progress saving, and direct LMS gradebook integration. No two learners see the same assessment.
Custom LMS Applications
Zero-dependency builds. Your internal team retains full administrative control and ownership of the source code within your LMS. No ongoing vendor relationship, no renewal risk.
Simulated Environments
Fully functional OS environments, terminals, and application labs running inside the browser. No virtual machines, no per-seat licensing, no infrastructure.
Accessibility: All native builds are designed with WCAG 2.1 AA compliance in mind, with keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility throughout. Content lives inside your institution's LMS, so data residency, PIPEDA, FIPPA, and institutional privacy requirements are maintained by default.

Results in the wild

Three different problems.
One consistent outcome.

Across higher education and corporate training, the challenge is always the same: content exists but does not land. The following engagements show what changes when the design of the experience is taken as seriously as the content itself.

Higher Education
Data Science
When the redesign outlasted the vendor

A program with strong content but the wrong container. Completion sat at 44%. After a full multi-path redesign, readers had depth, watchers had short-form summaries, and doers had scenario labs that put them inside the material before they were assessed. Scores improved 38% and completion nearly doubled.

The institution eliminated its external platform dependency. Licensing costs dropped 68%. Everything rebuilt in-house, owned outright. The external contract was not renewed.

"I retook this course after failing the first version. I cannot believe how different it felt. I actually understood what I was doing this time." A learner · Data Science Program · second attempt after redesign

Higher Education
Emerging Technology
Making the unintuitive feel inevitable

A quantum computing course built in close collaboration with subject matter experts. Each concept scaffolded against the previous one. Activities designed to create moments of recognition rather than confusion. Difficult ideas introduced through analogy, reinforced through application, tested through scenario.

No subject is too complex to teach online. The constraint is almost never the material. It is always the path through it. Learners finished asking when the next course would be available.

"I came in thinking this would be the one course I would just have to survive. I left wanting to go deeper." A learner · Emerging Technology Program · post-course survey

Corporate
Mandatory Compliance
The room nobody wants to be in

Mandatory compliance training where employees were completing modules on autopilot. The redesign led with the personal why: what happens to this specific role in this specific scenario if this goes wrong. Scenario-based modules put employees inside real situations before asking them to apply the rules.

Completion moved from under 60% to above 90%. Post-training assessments showed a measurable improvement in applied knowledge retention, not surface familiarity with the material.

"I actually understood why we have these policies. I had been clicking through that training for three years and this is the first time it made sense." An employee · Systems Training Coordinator · Compliance Redesign

"The material in version two was actually harder. But it did not feel that way."

How it works

Three steps. No guesswork.

What happens after you reach out. Before any proposal, any contract, or any commitment. Faculty and subject matter experts are the source material, not the project managers. Most engagements require a few focused conversations rather than sustained time commitments from your team.

Step 01
You tell us what is not working.

A 20-minute conversation. We listen to what your program or organization needs and what your learners are running into. No pitch deck.

Step 02
We show you what is possible.

Inside the system you already have. No new tools, no new infrastructure, no new budget line. We translate your existing curriculum into interactive paths.

Step 03
We scope the first build together.

You will know exactly what gets built, what it costs, and what your learners will experience before anything is agreed. No retainers, no surprises.

Compatible with Brightspace / D2L, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Sakai, Cornerstone, Workday Learning and any platform that supports HTML content pages. All builds use standard web technologies. No proprietary format, no vendor lock-in.

Your learners deserve a program
that was built for them.

Not a template. Not a workaround. Something designed for the way they actually learn, inside the system you already run. Reach us at ramano@tenneri.com or visit tenneri.com to see live demos.
